Four incredible speakers and coaches, a major injection of substantive knowledge and motivation, and over three hundred participants – that is an abbreviated version of how things went at the Developmental Leaders Forum (FLR) conference on February 26th, 2019 at the G2A Arena.

February 26th at the G2A Arena Subcarpathian Expo Cen-ter, the quiet town of Jasionka near Rzeszow, was the loca-tion of a meeting of the most influential and incredible life coaches: Dr. Mathew Grzesiak, Sebastian Kotow, Krzysztof Sadecki, and Thomas Gulak; during which various soft skil-ls of use in management, recruitment, sales, and leadership, were discussed. The event was an opportunity to listen to various interesting lessons in trust as it pertains to business, sales techniques, motivational work, and commitment in yourself and your employees.

The Developmental Leaders Forum was a chance to exchange experiences from the day-to-day work, as well as for the integration of social groups involved in different branches of business such as sales and management. The conference attracted participants from south-eastern Poland. The lectures became an inspiration for honing professional skills, expanding their knowledge base, as well as further personal development for those participating in the FLR.
