Solec Residence

We are living ever faster and we have even less time and this fact has contributed to the changes in our needs and living conditions. Several years ago, the outflow of affluent residents of the capital to the outskirts of Warsaw was clearly noticeable, where houses with gardens were popular. It soon occurred that your own property was not only some free space, but also there was a large distance between where you lived and where you had to go to for everyday business meetings, work and other activities. There was also the hindering traffic jams and time-consuming commitment to maintaining the garden. In recent years, real estate market trends have changed dramatically.
Today, customers want to live, above all, comfortably in a convenient location close to the city centre and its attractions, while still being among the greenery. This also increases expectations about the standard of housing and the building itself.
In response to these needs a project development of the luxurious nine-storey Sawa Apartments was created on the Vistula in Warsaw, addressed to the most demanding customers. The total area of the apartment building called Solec Residence -Kryształ Powiśla will be 11,500 sq. meters, with a living area of 7,000 sq. meters, combined with offices, retail and service facilities of 4,500 sq. meters. Kryształ Powiśla is definitely the first apartment project in Poland with enough facilities and interesting features.
The Solec Residence is being constructed at ul. Solec 18/20, and is surrounded by greenery and close to the very centre of Warsaw. Nearby are the most recognizable and prestigious points on the map of Warsaw such as Plac Trzech Krzyży (three crosses square), the Copernicus Science Centre and the National Stadium. There are also numerous parks, squares, theatres and museums in the neighbourhood which further increases the attractiveness of the area.
The modernist Solec Residence block is divided into three parts with each of them having a separate entrance. The first two floors have been fully dedicated to service activities. Eighty-five apartments of various sizes have been planned in the building, from two rooms at 40 sq. meters, up to 200 sq. meters and two-storey spacious penthouses with a height of 3 meters. Regardless of the surface, each apartment has a balcony, terrace or loggia. Air conditioning has been provided for owners of apartments located on the fifth floor and above. Apartments on the lower floors may be provided with air conditioning on request, at an extra charge. The panache which the project has been prepared with is impressive. Besides luxury residential properties, the developer has taken great care to satisfy the most sophisticated customer requirements. Residents can indulge in other activities each day without leaving the building. The roof space has been used in full and has a small swimming pool, as well as a modern observation point.
The inspiration to arrange a small observatory came from the United States, where such things are common practice in luxury real estate. The special observation dome at Solec Residence can accommodate up to 6 people and will allow for contemplation of the sun and the stars. However, if you want to admire stellar space in your apartment on a comfortable couch, nothing stands in the way since you can observe the view from the dome on your own TV screen.
There is space for mini golf and a fitness room with a 6 meter climbing wall in the building. Residents will also have a VIP Club at their disposal and the premises are designed not only for business meetings since it will also be the perfect place to spend some free time playing pool, billiards or snooker. What more can you ask for? Will there be anyone willing to buy? Do not be surprised, because the premises are selling like hot cakes. Although the completion of the project has been in progress for more than a year, at this stage a large number of apartments have found buyers.
